The smallest piece of spring equipment BASI makes. A wall-mounted beech frame 32 in wide that projects about 5.5 in from the wall and weighs 37 lb, carrying the Enhanced Pulley System so spring holders set anywhere along it.
Roll down and push-through bar work run on aircraft-quality aluminium track, the same hardware logic as the full towers. For an apartment, a therapy room or a studio with one spare wall, it is the least intrusive way to get real spring resistance into the space.
There is no mat or bed included. You work from your own mat on the floor. Eight springs in four weights are supplied, and a version without the push-through bar is also made if you only need roll down bar work.
What's Included:
- Wall unit frame with mounting hardware
- 2 neoprene handles
- 2 aluminium handles
- 1 safety strap
- 1 roll down bar
- 1 push-through bar
- Springs: 2 yellow, 2 long yellow, 2 red, 2 blue
Features
Projects 5.5 in from the wall
32 in wide and 64.5 in tall, standing off the wall by about five and a half inches. It fits a door-width section of wall and takes no floor at all.

Enhanced Pulley System
The same precise spring placement used on the towers, so angle and height are set to the exercise rather than chosen from a few holes.
Eight springs, four weights
Two yellow, two long yellow, two red, two blue. The long yellows are what make push-through bar work possible across different bodies.
37 lb of beech
Light enough for two people to hold level while fixing, solid enough to load. The frame is the same beech used on the reformers.
Also made without the push-through bar
If your programming is roll down bar and spring arm work only, the simpler version exists and costs less.

Installation
It arrives part-built
BASI crates its apparatus partly assembled. The frame comes as a unit and you fit the components that ship loose, typically the footbar, ropes, pulleys, spring holders and any tower or trapeze structure supplied with your configuration. Standard hand tools cover it and the fixings are in the box.
Two people, and time
Budget two to four hours for the larger frames and one to three for a plain reformer, with two people throughout. Weight rather than complexity is the reason. These frames run from roughly 150 lb to 330 lb and none of them should be carried alone.
Measure the route, not just the room
Freight arrives kerbside. Before delivery day, check the doorway widths, any turn at the top of a stairwell, and the ceiling height against the tower or trapeze figure in the specification table. Reversing a delivery costs far more than a tape measure.
Bed the machine in before you load it
Once assembled, run the carriage end to end several times to seat the wheels, confirm both ropes are the same length, and check that the footbar and spring holders lock positively in every position before working at full spring load.
Resources
Warranty, Shipping and Returns
BASI grades its limited warranty by what the part is made of. Structural wood and the main frame: ten years. Steel and aluminium profiles and components, F2 systems, springs, plastic components and fasteners: two years. Elastomer-coated parts, which covers the footbar, hand bar, pedals, stoppers, handles and wheels: one year. The Pilates mat, upholstery and fabric accessories: ninety days. Cover begins at the invoice date and belongs to the original retail purchaser.
Springs come with an obligation attached. BASI requires replacement every two years or every 3,000 hours of use, whichever is reached sooner, on any spring-loaded apparatus.
There is no shipping charge within the United States. Crated goods move by freight with a phone call ahead to agree the slot. The driver unloads kerbside, so plan two people and check the doorways and any staircase turn beforehand. Smaller items go parcel, usually landing within 7 to 10 business days of dispatch.
Inspect before signing. Damage, or a box that has not arrived, must be written on the Proof of Delivery on the day and claimed within five business days.
Returns run for 30 days from delivery on unused equipment in its original packaging. No restocking fee, refunds within 7 business days of the return arriving and free cancellation while the order is still at the factory.
About BASI Systems
BASI Systems is the equipment line built around BASI Pilates, the teacher training body founded by Rael Isacowitz. The apparatus is designed alongside the curriculum rather than sold to fit it, which shows in details such as the four prepared F2 ports that appear across the range and let one spring system move between reformer, chair, barrel and Cadillac.
Frames are solid beech. Tracks and moving hardware are aircraft-grade aluminium. Contact surfaces use orthopaedic padding under anti-slip, antibacterial vinyl. The Wunda Chair has taken an A Design Award, and the spring positioning system is covered by US patent 10,393,163 B2.
