Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Smaller equipment and accessories travel by parcel carrier and usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Reformers and tower units ship on a freight truck, and the carrier calls ahead to arrange a delivery window with you. Transit times are estimates from the carrier, not commitments, and weather or terminal delays can move them.

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused equipment in its original packaging, with no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the return arriving. Freight items must be inspected before you sign for them, so note any damage on the delivery paperwork and photograph it. Orders can be cancelled at no cost until the item leaves the warehouse.

About Elina Pilates

Elina Pilates builds its equipment in Spain and has done since 1998, working with practising Pilates teachers on every machine.
