The Align Pilates M8-Pro is a studio reformer built from solid North American maple. It pairs a classic wooden frame with modern adjustments and is rated for studio, rehab and private use.
An 8 wheel PU carriage gives 104 cm of quiet travel on an extra wide bed. The Rapid Change spring bar moves with the springs still attached, and a T bar under the carriage sets both ropes together.
Align sells this model with the Pro Sitting Box, and it accepts the M-Series Jump Board, Platform Extender, Mattress Converter and Half Cadillac.

Features
Solid maple frame The frame, rope risers and standing platform are cut from North American maple for a warm, classic look that suits both home and studio rooms.
Rapid Change spring bar Lift the spring bar and drop it into any of its 4 positions with the springs still in place. Align rates it up to 12 times quicker than a traditional spring bar.
Pro Sitting Box included The upholstered Pro Sitting Box sits across the carriage for seated and prone work, so the reformer is ready for a wider repertoire from day one.
Optional Jump Board The optional Jump Board swaps in for the standing platform and rests on the padded foot bar for cardio and plyometric work.
Platform Extender and Mattress Converter Add the two part Platform Extender and Mattress Converter to turn the M8-Pro into a full flat bed for mat work.
Half Cadillac ready An optional Half Cadillac with bracket adds a tower for push through bar and spring work. All M8-Pro accessories also fit the earlier M2-Pro.

Installation
Unpack with two people The main carton weighs around 85 kg, so two strong people are needed. Unpack on a clean, level floor and keep the carton until setup is complete.
Fit the foot bar and carriage Bolt on the foot bar swing arms, selector rod and padded bar with the supplied allen key and socket spanner, then lower the carriage into the runners at an angle with the springs toward the foot bar.
Add risers, pulleys and ropes Bolt the maple rope risers to the frame, attach the silent pulleys and shoulder rests, then thread the ropes through the T bar adjuster and set their length.
Check the side wheels With a spring attached, roll the carriage the full length of the runners and adjust the side wheels until it runs freely without play. Align allows 30 minutes to 1 hour for assembly.
Align-Pilates backs this machine with a limited commercial warranty for the original owner, starting on the date of purchase. It is written for use of up to 37.5 hours a week and a maximum user weight of 330 lb (150 kg). Frames in metal or aluminium, and welded components, are covered for ten years; wooden frames and spring bar mechanisms for five; footbar mechanisms for three; other parts that do not wear for two; and ropes, straps, clips, handles and wheels for one.
Springs carry two years or 3,000 hours in a studio of up to five reformers, and one year or 3,000 hours beyond that. Upholstery is covered for 90 days after delivery. Wear and tear, misuse, modification, surface scratches and rust fall outside the cover, and Align asks that the maintenance steps in the manual are kept up.
Shipping Shipping is free within the United States. Align-Pilates dispatches in-stock orders from its North American warehouse within two business days of the order being confirmed, and reformers, cadillacs, chairs and barrels travel on a freight pallet to protect them in transit. The carrier contacts you to arrange delivery, which is to the curb, so plan for two people to bring the boxes inside. Most orders arrive in 1 to 3 weeks; we send tracking as soon as it is issued.
Inspect on delivery Check every box before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours so a replacement can be arranged.
Returns Large equipment, meaning reformers, cadillacs, chairs and ladder barrels, is not returnable under the manufacturer's policy. Measure the room and read the specifications carefully before you order, and ask us if anything is unclear. Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or wrong is replaced through Align-Pilates when reported within 48 hours of delivery, and you can cancel at no cost before the order ships.
About Align-Pilates
Align-Pilates is a British equipment brand built around modular Pilates studios. Most of its reformers accept a half cadillac frame, and several stack or stand on end for storage, which is why it is common in boutique studios and physiotherapy clinics as well as at home. Its equipment reaches North America through Kloz Inc, the exclusive distributor.
The Pilates Works is an authorised Align-Pilates reseller, so your equipment arrives new with its full warranty and we deal with the distributor on your behalf.
