Installation
It arrives mostly built
Peak ships this crated and banded, with the frame, carriage and springs already assembled as one piece. What is left to you is bolting on the legs and risers, fitting the ropes and foot strap, and removing the shipping spacers that sit between the carriage frame and the rails to stop the wheels loading in transit. Those spacers are easy to miss, and the carriage will not run properly until they are out.
Plan for two people
Peak specifies a two-person lift for any placement or frame movement on its apparatus, and these machines are heavy. Two people, about an hour, and a clear path from the kerb to the room. Delivery is curbside, so the lift from the kerb into the house is yours to organise.
Tools
The hardware and hex keys needed are in the box. No drilling, no wall fixing, no specialist tools.
First session setup
Once it is together, run the carriage end to end a few times to seat the wheels, check the rope lengths match on both sides, and confirm the gear bar and footbar lock positively into every position before loading the springs.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns
This apparatus is covered by the Peak Pilates (Mad Dogg Athletics) manufacturer's warranty from the invoice date: a 10-year warranty on the frame structural components, a 1-year warranty on springs and all other mechanical components, and a 90-day warranty on upholstered parts, ropes, straps, and loops.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized Peak Pilates dealer, is non-transferable, covers materials (not labor), and excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, and damage from improper installation or lack of normal maintenance. The manufacturer repairs, replaces, or refunds defective components at its option; warranty claims are handled through us with Peak Pilates product support.
Free curbside freight delivery
in the contiguous United States (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories). Your equipment ships via freight carrier with a skilled delivery team that unloads it from the truck and places it at the curb. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment once your order reaches the local terminal; deliveries are made Monday through Friday and an adult signature is required. Curbside delivery does not include inside carry, packaging removal, or assembly - we recommend having a second person available to help move boxes inside. Inside / white-glove delivery (a two-person team places the equipment in the room of your choice and removes all packaging) is available as an upgrade - contact us for a quote.
Lead times
this model is built to order and typically ships in 4-8 weeks. We confirm the current production schedule and your delivery estimate when your order is processed.
Inspect on delivery
please note any damage to the packaging on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, and keep all packing materials. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and any missing items within 72 hours, so we can arrange replacements with the manufacturer.
Per the manufacturer's policy, Peak Pilates large equipment is not returnable - this includes reformers, tower systems, cadillacs, chairs, barrels, wall units, equipment mats, springs, and any custom built-to-order items. Please measure your space carefully and contact us with any questions before ordering - we are happy to help you choose the right apparatus.
Eligible smaller items may be returned within 30 days of receipt with prior authorization: contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back. Returned items must be in like-new condition in their original packaging; a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, and original shipping charges are not refundable.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right through the manufacturer's replacement process.
About Peak Pilates

Peak Pilates was founded in Colorado in 1996 and has been part of Mad Dogg Athletics — the company behind Spinning® — since 2009. Its education program, launched in 2001, was written by teachers trained in the direct line from Joseph Pilates: Colleen Glenn-Wilson, Peak's first Educational Director, studied primarily with Romana Kryzanowska, and also with Kathy Grant, Ron Fletcher and Eve Gentry.
That inheritance shapes the catalogue, which splits in two: the Studio Wood Line — classical apparatus handcrafted in solid wood, with a lifetime frame warranty on its reformers, Total Workout Systems and Cadillacs — and the Metal Line, where PilateSystem, MVe, fit and casa put the same repertoire on aluminium frames that stack, fold and nest for tight rooms.
Artistry
is the flagship of the Studio Wood Line — handcrafted solid wood in beechwood or walnut, developed with Peak's Master Instructors. Straps come in rope, vegan leather or premium leather. The reformer runs a steel carriage on a flip mechanism and posts without metal brackets, so straps sit anywhere along them. TWS (Total Workout System) folds a half-Cadillac tower onto the same frame; FWS tops it with an aluminium-extrusion tower worked from both sides at once; the Convertible merges reformer and Cadillac.
The Pilates Works is an authorized Peak Pilates dealer — which matters, because Peak's warranty covers only equipment bought from one. We handle warranty and parts claims directly with Peak.
