Maple Studio Reformer with Full Tower
The Master Instructor Reformer with Tower keeps everything that makes the Master Instructor a next-generation studio machine - American maple frame, retractable ropes, cushioned carriage, 20-position sliding footbar - and adds a full aluminium tower with numbered hexagonal profiles on both sides.
Every tower component changes position with a quick system, and the numbering on both uprights means an instructor can record a client's setup and reproduce it exactly next session. A set of eight tower springs, a non-slip push bar, a maple roll-down bar and a carriage mat come with the machine.

Features
Numbered Aluminium Tower
Hexagonal profiles on both sides are numbered, so a client's setup can be written down and reproduced exactly; every component changes position with a quick-release system.
Eight Tower Springs
A complete set of eight tower springs - long and short, medium and light - mounts along the tower for arm, leg, push-through and roll-down work.
Push Bar and Maple Roll-Down Bar
A non-slip push bar and a roll-down bar in maple wood come as part of the package, along with a mat to cover the carriage surface.
Retractable Rope System
The automatic rope collection system stores the ropes underneath the carriage, keeping the working area clear between exercises.
Footbar with 20 Horizontal Positions
The padded footbar uses a Quick Release system with seven positions and travels horizontally across 20 stops along the frame.
American Maple with Protective Varnish
The frame is light-toned American maple sealed with a waterproof varnish that protects the wood from wear and tear.

Installation
It arrives semi-assembled
Elina ships its apparatus part-built and states that assembly is designed to be done without professional assistance: the frame comes as one piece and you add the accompanying parts. Expect to fit the footbar, ropes and any tower or box components supplied with your configuration.
Plan for two people
Delivery is to street level, and at 179 lb this is not a machine to move alone. Two people, a clear path from the curb to the room, and about an hour is the realistic picture. Measure the doorway and any turn at the top of a staircase before delivery day rather than after.
Tools
The fixings and keys needed are supplied in the packaging. No drilling and no wall fixing for a free-standing reformer; wall units and boards are the exception and do need fixing into structure.
First session setup
Once it is together, run the carriage end to end a few times to seat the wheels, check the rope lengths match on both sides, and confirm the footbar locks positively into every position before loading the springs to full.
Resources
Warranty, Shipping and Returns
This apparatus is covered by the manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase: a 10-year structural warranty on the frame and welds and a 2-year warranty on all other components. Upholstery and fabric are covered for 90 days against defects in normal use.
To keep the warranty valid: use the equipment indoors in a climate-controlled space, follow the maintenance guidelines in the manual, and replace springs every two years on spring-loaded equipment. The warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and covers repair or replacement of defective parts at the manufacturer's option. Warranty claims are handled through us with Elina Pilates' technical service.
Free curbside freight delivery
in the contiguous United States (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico). Your equipment ships via LTL freight carrier, carefully packed and secured to a wooden skid. Curbside delivery includes liftgate service, where the driver unloads to the curb as close to your building as possible. We recommend having two people available to carry the equipment inside; equipment arrives semi-assembled and is designed to be set up without professional help.
Lead times
Elina Pilates equipment is built at the factory in Spain. In-stock items in standard Black or Grey upholstery typically deliver in 2 to 4 weeks. Special upholstery colors are made to order and take approximately 10 weeks. We confirm your delivery estimate when your order is processed, and the carrier will call to schedule delivery.
Inspect on delivery
please note any damage on the carrier's waybill before signing, and report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt. Do not open boxes with box cutters, because blades can damage upholstered parts.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Equipment must be unused, in its original packaging with all instructions, accessories and documentation. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued before shipping the item back; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-returnable
made-to-order items (including special upholstery colors), large equipment (reformers, cadillacs, towers, ladder barrels, chairs, wall units and boards, barrels and arcs), accessories and spare parts, except where covered by warranty. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
About Elina Pilates
Elina Pilates has designed and built Pilates apparatus in Navarra, northern Spain since 2007, from its own plant in the Noaín-Esquíroz industrial park outside Pamplona. Close to two decades in, its machines are in studios across five continents.
Rock maple is the house timber, chosen for strength and dimensional stability across the professional wood range; the aluminium machines use anodised high-strength extrusion. One detail runs through nearly the whole catalogue, a near-silent carriage on eight polyurethane wheels with high-precision bearings. Machines are developed with working Pilates teachers, and Elina holds multiple patents and registered designs.
The Master Instructor range
is the teaching reformer at the top of the wood line, in American maple, with an integrated mini-tower that opens up several hundred exercises on one frame. Two mechanisms separate it from the Elite: the footbar slides horizontally rather than stepping between fixed positions, and the carriage brakes on an adjustable damped stop rather than a hard stopper. Physio models raise the bed to about 60 cm so a therapist can work standing. That is a working height, not a medical classification.
