Folding Home Reformer with Patented Alignment
The Fold Reformer is Elina Pilates' folding machine for the home: a compact, foldable and elegant maple structure that delivers the stability, firmness and durability of a professional reformer and then folds in half to be wheeled out of the way.
Folding reformers usually pay for the convenience with a bump where the two halves meet. Elina's patented alignment system pulls both parts into exact alignment when unfolded, and unlike machines that develop gaps over time the mechanism keeps the glide smooth, continuous and seamless.

Features
Patented Alignment System
Both halves align exactly when the reformer is unfolded, eliminating the bump most folding machines have where the sections meet - and the mechanism does not develop the gaps that appear on other designs over time.
Folds in Half and Stands on Its Wheels
The frame folds to 51.18" high, 16.54" wide without the foot bar (28.74" with it) and 25.98" deep, then stands on its wheels to be rolled away.
Two Bed Heights
Adjustable legs set the bed at 11.02" or 13.78" from the floor, so the machine can be matched to the user rather than the other way round.
Light Maple with Waterproof Varnish
The frame is light-toned maple sealed with a waterproof varnish that protects the wood from wear - a professional structure scaled for a home.
Ultra-Quiet Carriage
Eight polyurethane wheels on high-precision bearings give the carriage a smooth, ultra-quiet ride, which matters far more at home than it does in a studio.
Cushioned Carriage Return
A sophisticated bed cushioning mechanism lets exercises run smoothly and prevents noise and sudden impacts at the end of the travel.

Installation
It arrives semi-assembled
Elina ships its apparatus part-built and states that assembly is designed to be done without professional assistance: the frame comes as one piece and you add the accompanying parts. Expect to fit the footbar, ropes and any tower or box components supplied with your configuration.
Plan for two people
Delivery is to street level, and at 159 lb this is not a machine to move alone. Two people, a clear path from the curb to the room, and about an hour is the realistic picture. Measure the doorway and any turn at the top of a staircase before delivery day rather than after.
Tools
The fixings and keys needed are supplied in the packaging. No drilling and no wall fixing for a free-standing reformer; wall units and boards are the exception and do need fixing into structure.
First session setup
Once it is together, run the carriage end to end a few times to seat the wheels, check the rope lengths match on both sides, and confirm the footbar locks positively into every position before loading the springs to full.

Warranty, Shipping and Returns
This apparatus is backed by the Elina Pilates manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Upholstery and fabric are covered for 90 days against defects in normal use. Contact us for the full warranty schedule for this product line.
To keep the warranty valid: use the equipment indoors in a climate-controlled space, follow the maintenance guidelines in the manual, and replace springs every two years on spring-loaded equipment. The warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, and claims are handled through us with Elina Pilates' technical service.
Free curbside freight delivery
in the contiguous United States (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico). Your equipment ships via LTL freight carrier, carefully packed and secured to a wooden skid. Curbside delivery includes liftgate service, where the driver unloads to the curb as close to your building as possible. We recommend having two people available to carry the equipment inside; equipment arrives semi-assembled and is designed to be set up without professional help.
Lead times
Elina Pilates equipment is built at the factory in Spain. In-stock items in standard Black or Grey upholstery typically deliver in 2 to 4 weeks. Special upholstery colors are made to order and take approximately 10 weeks. We confirm your delivery estimate when your order is processed, and the carrier will call to schedule delivery.
Inspect on delivery
please note any damage on the carrier's waybill before signing, and report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt. Do not open boxes with box cutters, because blades can damage upholstered parts.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Equipment must be unused, in its original packaging with all instructions, accessories and documentation. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued before shipping the item back; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-returnable
made-to-order items (including special upholstery colors), large equipment (reformers, cadillacs, towers, ladder barrels, chairs, wall units and boards, barrels and arcs), accessories and spare parts, except where covered by warranty. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
About Elina Pilates
Elina Pilates has designed and built Pilates apparatus in Navarra, northern Spain since 2007, from its own plant in the Noaín-Esquíroz industrial park outside Pamplona. Close to two decades in, its machines are in studios across five continents.
Rock maple is the house timber, chosen for strength and dimensional stability across the professional wood range; the aluminium machines use anodised high-strength extrusion. One detail runs through nearly the whole catalogue, a near-silent carriage on eight polyurethane wheels with high-precision bearings. Machines are developed with working Pilates teachers, and Elina holds multiple patents and registered designs.
The Home Line
solves storage three ways. The Domo is the lightest, an aluminium machine on a telescopic folding system that stows under a bed or upright in a closet. The Fold Reformer is American maple and uses Elina's patented alignment system, which brings the two halves of the frame back into true when unfolded, so the carriage never runs over a gap. The Vertical Reformer is the same platform stood on end on two removable legs. Home models come in nine standard upholstery colors, with more than a hundred to order.
The Pilates Works is an approved Elina Pilates retailer. Equipment is supplied new with the full manufacturer's warranty, and we handle any claim directly with Elina.
